Assoc. Prof. Mohamed Mostafa Fouad (Mohamed Eltaweel) is a Senior IEEE member. Mohamed is the Rapporteur of the National Committee for Communication and Information Technology, Academy of Scientific Research and Technology – ASRT. He had received his M.Sc. degree in 2005 and a Ph.D. degree in March 2012, both in Computer Science from the Faculty of Computers and Information, Helwan University, Egypt. He was a Postdoctoral fellow at VSB-Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic. Currently, he is the Head of the Computer Science Department at the College of Computing and Information Technology - Smart Village Campus, Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), Cairo, Egypt. His main research interests are in the areas of Wireless Sensor Networks, Intelligent Healthcare Monitoring, Security, and Machine Learning. Dr. Mohamed is a certified Entrepreneurship Mentor from the Wadhwani Foundation. He had published several papers in prestigious international journals and conferences. Mohamed had written a number of chapters in specialized books. In addition, he currently co-supervises some Ph.D. students at Cardiff Metropolitan University in addition to leading and supervising various graduation projects within the academy. Moreover, he had participated as an information technology expert in a number of conducted UNESCO workshops. Also, he is a reviewer, technical program committee member, local arrangement committee member, and special sessions' chair and co-chair.
